Dr. Melissa Nicholas, PMHNP

Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming. Dr. Melissa Nicholas believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and involved in their treatment decisions. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.

Dr. Melissa Nicholas is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in the treatment of adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mood disorders.

She has worked across a variety of behavioral health settings and brings extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs, including veterans who have served our country.

Dr. Nicholas earned her ASN and BSN from Galen College of Nursing, her MSN and PMHNP from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University. She remains committed to staying at the forefront of psychiatric care and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

Natalie Kousoulas, PMHNP-BC

Natalie Kousoulas, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. She specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and attention-deficit disorders. Her clinical approach integrates medication management with therapeutic support, emphasizing individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

With a strong foundation in nursing and advanced psychiatric training, Natalie is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive care. She values collaborative decision-making and works closely with patients to develop treatment plans that promote long-term wellness, symptom stability, and improved quality of life. Her practice is grounded in the latest clinical research and best practices, ensuring safe and effective treatment outcomes.
